Assist with the formulation of price strategy and price-to-win in conjunction with primecontract and project leads, review primesolicitation packages, and draft subcontract solicitation packages to support primeproposal. Conduct price analysis evaluation of subcontractor proposals and write subcontract price analysis narratives for primecontract proposals. Make entries into Booz Allen procurement systems, process task orders and modifications, and serve as the primary interface between Booz Allen and subcontractors in the pre- and post-award phase. Negotiate subcontract agreements, prepare small business subcontracting plans on proposal efforts, and ensure appropriate primecontract flow downs and company or agency provisions are incorporated into subcontract agreements. Maintain subcontract files and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)requirements and the Booz Allen Procurement Manual. Work as part of a team and use effective communication in daily interactions with internal and external clients. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
