Cyber Machine Learning Engineer

The Opportunity:

Designs, develops, and operationalizes AI/ML solutions that enhance cybersecurity capabilities. Works with cross-functional teams of AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and Cyber Operators to design, develop, and operationalize AI enabled solutions that enhance cyber defense, automation, and decision support. Applies cybersecurity expertise to identify opportunities for AI/ML. Apply advanced technical expertise to solve complex problems while contributing to the architecture and deployment of production grade AI systems. Work independently with minimal supervision and mentor junior team members as needed.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experiencewith cyber threat hunting and analysis of compromises within security logs, including endpoint and network data
• 2+ years of experienceexploring datasets, training machine learning models to perform inference, and utilizing the output to further cyber investigations
• Experiencewith MITRE ATT&CK framework, MISP threat sharing, or cyber intelligence platforms, including seQure
• Experiencepackaging and deploying production-level models using Python, Bash, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Experiencewith data warehousing, ETL, or data streaming technologies, including Kafka
• Experiencewith SIEM technologies such as Splunk or ElasticSearch
• Experiencewith developing novel solutions for challenging problems
• Experienceworking in a fast paced team rapidly prototyping and iterating
• Ability toobtain a TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experienceworking with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and data science workflows
• Experiencewith data brokers, including Kafka, Confluent, Benthos, RedPanda, or RabbitMQ
• Experiencewith cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, or GovCloud, or distributed systems
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
