Cyber Warfare Engineer

The Opportunity:

Provide technical expertise and guidance on the cybersecurity aspects of weaponsystems and space systems. Work closely with other Booz Allen programs and stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities affecting mission success in all warfighting domains. Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, mitigations, and best practices for weaponand space systems. Conduct cyber threat analysis and mission-based cyber risk assessments for weaponand space systems. Provide cybersecurity recommendations and solutions for weaponand space systems, based on industry standards and best practices. Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, including procedures, plans, reports, and briefings. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners, including across Booz Allen, other government agencies, industry, and academia, on cybersecurity issues and initiatives relatedto weaponand space systems. Provide cybersecurity training and awareness for clients and otherstakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats in all warfighting domains. Conduct testing and analysis to identify vulnerabilities and potential threat vectors into systems and networks, develop exploits, and engineer attack methodologies. Apply advanced advising skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experiencewith cybersecurity including penetration testing, cyber red teaming, and OT or Embedded Systems cybersecurity

• Experience with complex systems and operations such as enterprise IT, OT, or Embedded systems

• Knowledge ofcyber threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and their implications for weapon and space systems and operations

• Ability tocommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing

• Ability towork independently and as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines

• Ability totravel up to 25% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Cybersecurity Certificationsuch as Security+, and CPTS, PenTest+, or OSCP Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencewith weaponsystems and operations, including their architecture, functions, and vulnerabilities

• Experiencewith cybersecurity in weaponsystems

• Experienceworking with a space defense team or government agencies on cybersecurity issues and initiatives relatedto space systems and operations

• Experiencedeveloping and delivering cybersecurity training and awareness for space defense personnel and otherstakeholders

• Knowledge ofZero Trust and artificial intelligence

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degreein Cybersecurity, CS, or Engineering
