On our team, you’ll troubleshoot and analyze complex challenges for customers using your knowledge ofnetwork and security devices, applications, and tools. You’ll use your curiosity for technology and market trends to further research and developsecurity solutions. Using your knowledge and experience, you’ll assess security threats and implement infrastructure controls.

What You’ll Work On:
- Developrelationships quickly and easily with other teams, communicating the complexities of security with a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
- Implement infrastructure and cyber security controls, including enhanced detection and vulnerability capabilities and improved event correlation in large enterprises.
- Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application areas, and leverage big data analytics and traditional security event types to identify advanced threats or indicators of compromise.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experiencewith cybersecurity engineering in a professional work environment
- Experienceplanning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring cybersecurity measures to improve cyber defense and maintain a cyber-resilient network
- Experienceassessing cybersecurity vulnerabilities for risks and proposing and implementing remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies
- Ability toensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure
- Ability torespond to computer security breaches to re-establish protections and make required reports
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degreein Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics
- Information Assurance Management (IAM), Information Assurance Technical (IAT), or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE)DoD 8570.1M Level I certificationsuch as Security+

- Advanced level cybersecurity or engineering certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
