We’re looking for an experienced data architect like you to deliver leading-edge solutions for the DoW.

As a Data Architect on our team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of structured and unstructured data, transforming raw information into highly discoverable, governed, and usable assets. This role is critical for bridging data availability while maintaining strict compliance and security boundaries. You’ll use your extensive technical expertise to design data architecture solutions for data architecture and modeling, data conditioning, data tagging, discovery, and cross-domain availability. You’ll create, design, and implement data architecture solutions in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams to support currentand future DoW and United States Air Force systems.

In this role, you’ll grow your technical expertise, apply best practices and use tools like Apache NiFi, Airflow, Collibra, and Apache Atlas. You’ll guide your team as it designs, defines, develops, and tests cloud solution components, and you’ll serve as a liaison between our customers and developers to ensure that requirements are metand solutions are delivered.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experiencein data architecture or data engineering
• Experiencemanaging both relational databases (SQL)and non-relational systems such as NoSQL, Vector DBs, or Object Storage
• Experienceworking with air-gapped systems, cross-domain solutions (CDS), or multi-level security (MLS)IT environments
• Experiencewith modern data pipeline tools and data cataloging platforms
• Ability toobtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencedesigning robust data frameworks to ingest, process, and store massive structured and unstructured datasets
• Experiencecleaning, normalizing, and transforming raw data to ensure absolute quality, consistency, and readiness for analytics
• Experiencewith cloud-based secure infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google
• Experiencewith automated metadata extraction and AI-driven data tagging
• Top Secret clearance
• Master’s degreein Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology
• AWS, Microsoft, or Google Data Engineering Certifications
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)Certifications
