DevOps Engineer

As a software factory DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll pipeline our software development from requirements to testing in production. You’ll incorporate automation and cloud resources to minimize repetitive tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best-innovate. You’ll work together with fellow professionals to implement CI/CD to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experiencein the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments

• 5+ years of experiencetroubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness

• Experiencebuilding enterprise cloud-native solutions in Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI

• Experiencewith automation, writing Terraform IaC, and Shell scripting

• Experienceworking with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment

• Experiencewith DevOps platforms, application level, pipeline build and development, and automation to support build and testing

• Ability toobtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of experiencein DevOps in lieu of a degree

• DoD 8140 Certificationsuch as Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencedeveloping enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD

• Knowledge ofcreating and improving continuous automation across multiple cloud service providers

• Knowledge ofcreating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks

• Knowledge oftriaging and resolving issues relatedto both open-source and commercial tools in government cloud environments

• Knowledge ofscripting languages such as Linux Shell Script, PowerShell, and Python

• Secret clearance

• Master’s degree
