In this role, you’ll directly impact the Space Force and broader DoW acquisition organizations by leading strategy teams to stand up new organizations, transform existing organizations, and adopt cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities. With opportunities to introduce new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experiencewith strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or standup, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption

• 8+ years of experiencewith program management and business development for large-scale programs

• Experienceleading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies

• Experienceidentifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery

• Ability toobtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degreein Business or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencesupporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs

• Experienceapplying data management, data analysis, and data visualization

• Experiencewith AI/ML and cloud capabilities

• Experienceserving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project delivery

• Experiencefacilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment, including daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives

• Experiencecoaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practices

• Ability tomanage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion

• Top Secret clearance

• PMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similarAgile Certification
