Doctrine Analyst, Senior

As a Defense Mission Professional at Booz Allen, you will support the Joint Staff by leading doctrine analysis, coordinating and conducting comprehensive reviews, overseeing program-level workflows, supporting terminology, and steering working groups that sustain chairman’s programs across doctrine, education, and training. Your expertise will help ensure timely, accurate, and policy-aligned doctrinal products while contributing to modernization initiatives, emerging concepts, and interoperability across the Joint Force.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experienceas a doctrine analyst, including with joint doctrine development, review, and analysis
• Experienceconducting complex long-range studies and developing rigorous technical analyses and recommendations
• Experienceconducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement across doctrine or materials
• Knowledge ofproject management principles
• Ability totranslate complex information for various audiences
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degreeand 5+ years of experiencewith military operations and staff, Master’s degreeand 3+ years of experiencewith military operations and staff, or 10+ years of experiencewith military operations and staff in lieu of a degree

• Experienceleading or participating in major studies of comprehensive and highly complex issues
• Experiencesupporting working groups, conferences, staffing cycles, or collaborative coordination processes
• Experienceproducing special studies, emerging doctrine analyses, or allied doctrine research reports
• Experienceadvising senior military or civilian leaders on complex doctrine, education, or readiness issues
• Experiencecoordinating multi-stakeholder staffing efforts and overseeing doctrinal workflows
• Knowledge ofJoint Electronic Library (JEL)and Joint Doctrine Development Tool (JDDT)systems and terminology processes
• Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
