Enterprise Architect, Lead
The Opportunity:
Design enterprise architecture (EA)to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives such as cloud, digital solutions, enterprise DevSecOps, AI, and ML. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
You Have:
8+ years of experiencein software delivery across key areas such as development, cybersecurity, data engineering and analytics, and operations
Experiencedesigning, developing, and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks for large-scale organizations, including systems, data, applications, and infrastructure
Experienceensuring compliance with U.S. government cyber compliance, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Requirements Guides (SRG), System Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and mitigating risks in technology implementation and operations
Knowledge ofenterprise IT operations across cloud, on-premises, and hybridenvironments supporting a wide range of capabilities, including DevSecOps, MLOps, and application and data management
Knowledge ofdelivering software applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, integration platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI and ML
Ability tolead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with executives, IT teams, and business units to align technology solutions with organizational goals
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
AWS Associate, Azure Intermediate, DoD 8570 IAT Level III, or 8140 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
