Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Manager, Lead

The Opportunity:

Provide technical project management leadership for multiple cross-portfolio cybersecurity projects through completion. Critically review project scope to ensure all potential cybersecurity impacts are addressed. Assemble cross-functional project teams including technical and subject matter experts, assign action items, and track progress. Leverage an understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and processes to ensure all areas of scope are adequately addressed. Develop, enforce, and track project implementation timelines while balancing competing demands of engaged resources. Apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for all stakeholders. Identify and resolve potential technical execution gaps and serve as the trusted resource for overcoming delivery challenges throughout project execution. Proactively address challenging issues that arise during the project lifecycle including both resource and time constraints. Support Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS)portfolio teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services. Implement components of the cybersecurity stack and cyber tools. Assist in soliciting and critically reviewing team inputs for required reporting. Brief portfolio and senior leadership as needed. Leverage Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and othertools for tracking and reporting as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experiencein project management, including waterfall and Agile in a cybersecurity or IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management
• 5+ years of experiencewith leading technical cybersecurity projects
• Experienceinterfacing directly with senior leadership and providing executive summaries and narratives
• Experiencedeveloping and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings
• Experiencewith cyber technologies, cyber tool capabilities, and cyber operations teams, including Zero Trust and Data Protection strategies
• Experiencewith integrating complex applications into large, complicated environments
• Experiencein Agile project management utilizing Jira and Confluence
• Ability tolead discussions and reach consensus among various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP or CompTIA Security+ certification

• 5+ years of experienceleading technical projects utilizing Agile methodology in a cybersecurity or IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management
• 2+ years of experiencewith cybersecurity requirements, policy, and process transformation
• Experienceusing Jira and Smartsheet
• Experiencemanaging senior leadership and facilitating action management for leadership teams
• Experienceusing Microsoft Suite, including Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP or CompTIA Security+ Certifications
