Frontend C2 Systems Full Stack Developer

This role is more than just coding. As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll oversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the currentarchitecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experiencein software development and frontend, including in a lead or senior role on delivered applications
- Experiencein React and TypeScript, including modern component architecture and state management
- Experiencebuilding responsive, accessible user interfaces that meet Section 508 or WCAG standards
- Experienceintegrating REST or GraphQL APIs, and working in a backend language for full-stack tasks
- Experiencewith automated testing, such as Jest or Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment
- Ability totranslate operational and user requirements into intuitive, performant interfaces
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology field, or 6+ years of experiencein mission systems in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experiencebuilding data-visualization and geospatial UIs, such as D3, Mapbox, Cesium, or charting libraries, for operational dashboards
- Experiencewith secure coding practices and remediating findings from SAST, DAST, or static analysis
- Experiencedelivering on Agile and/orDoD programs and working within a mission-driven delivery cadence
- Experiencewith C2, ISR, or othermission-critical DoD systems and their operational constraints
- Experiencewith design systems, component libraries, and close collaboration with UX designers
- Experiencewith micro-frontend architectures or module federation at scale
- Top Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Security+ CE certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
