Infrastructure Automation Engineer

The Opportunity:

Performs implementation of repeatable images, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for configuration and security compliant development to modernize systems. Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees. Concentrates on automating the entire lifecycle of operating system assets and platforms to build complete solutions.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experienceworking on software development teams

• 1+ years of experiencewith scripting or programming, including Python, PowerShell, or Bash

• 1+ years of experiencewith version control systems

• Experiencewith system automation via PowerShell, Ansible, or Bash

• Experiencewith application containerization

• Experiencewith module development

• Knowledge ofprogramming fundamentals, concepts, and language mechanics

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• Ability toobtain a DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+, within 30 days of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencewith Containers, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher

• Experiencewith AWS or Azure Cloud

• Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.
