You Have:

• 5+ years of experienceimplementing and administering Dynatraceor monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, including dashboards, alerting policies, and service mapping

• Experiencewith Dynatraceand SolarWinds platform deployment, configuration, and performance tuning

• Experienceintegrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow for automated incident, event, and CMDB workflows

• Experiencewith log aggregation, event correlation, and performance analytics tools

• Knowledge of infrastructure, application, and network monitoring concepts

• Ability totroubleshoot in complex enterprise environments

• Ability towork across engineering, operations, and program teams

• Ability todevelop dashboards, reports, and observability views for technical and leadership audiences

• Public Trust

• Bachelor’s degreeand 20+ years of experience with system engineering, or Master’s degreein Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and 10+ years of experience with system engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencedesigning or operating observability platforms, including APM, logging, metrics, or tracing at enterprise scale

• Experiencewith event correlation, AIOps platforms, or machine-learning-based alerting

• Experiencewith automation and scripting, including PowerShell, Python, or Ansible

• Experiencedeveloping monitoring strategies for hybridor modernized infrastructures

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloud-native monitoring services

• Knowledge ofITIL processes and how monitoring aligns with incident, problem, and change management

• Knowledge of supporting large federal, DoD, or public-sector IT environments

• Ability tomentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the monitoring discipline

• Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, or relatedMonitoring or ITSM Technologies Certifications
