Palantir Software Engineer
The Opportunity:
Perform implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance, and support for Agile software development to modernize systems. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experiencein software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development
- 3+ years of experienceworking with Palantir Foundry to build, enhance, or deploy data-driven solutions
- Experiencewith Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
- Experiencewriting source code for new applications, or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
- Experienceusing back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
- Experiencecreating solutions to complex problems withing a collaborative and cross-functional team
- Ability toobtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degreeand 5+ years of experiencein software engineering, or 7+ years of experiencein software engineering in lieu of a degree

- Experienceacquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Experienceworking in mission-oriented analytics or logistics-based data environments
- Experiencewith data modeling, ontology mapping, or data visualization in Foundry
- Experiencewith AI or ML model integration such as integrating with Foundry applications
- Experiencebuilding React applications
- Experiencewith UI/UX design
- Experiencewith Navy readiness and resource management
- Experienceas a development manager or with technical team leadership
- Knowledge ofFoundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks
- Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
