Remote and Autonomous Systems Logistician, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a Product Support Analyst, you know the importance of delivering strategic, data-driven logistics solutions that enable product success and long-term sustainability. On our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in lifecycle logistics to support critical national defense missions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in furthering the national security requirements of cutting edge remoteand autonomous systems. You’ll use your knowledge ofintegrated product support to support Product Support Managers and Logistics Leaders to develop and implement Product Support Strategies, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, and execution of all Integrated Product Support elements in support of mission objectives.

Your contributions will directly impact the ability of the client to accelerate the development, acquisition, and fielding of unmanned technologies. The client strives to move away from legacy, slow, and multi-year acquisition cycles toward a modern, modular, and fast-paced "rapid prototyping" model. What You'll Work On:

  • Provide logistics support to a NAVSEA Acquisition or Sustainment Program Office contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of program logistics and sustainment activities across the acquisition lifecycle.

  • Support the development and maintenance of logistics documentation and deliverables.

  • Assist with planning and coordination of logistics activities to support program acquisition and sustainment objectives.

  • Engage with stakeholders and build relationships with program acquisition, logistics, and field activity teams to facilitate decisions and effectiveness.

  • Support Navy budgetprogram review processes including Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM)and Program Objective Memorandum (POM).

  • Engage with stakeholders across program acquisition, logistics, engineering, and field activity teams to facilitate coordination and support program execution.

  • Develop presentations, facilitate brief updates, provide meeting support, and track action items in support of program leadership.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze logistics and program data to support planning, reporting, and risk identification.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environment.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experiencesupporting logistics, acquisition, or program management activities

  • Experiencesupporting DoW Program Management Offices

  • Experiencesupporting program documentation, briefings, and meeting coordination

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of DoW Integrated Product Support Elements

  • Ability totake initiative, manage competing priorities, and operate with minimal supervision

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experiencesupporting Integrated Product Support (IPS)or lifecycle sustainment planning activities for Navy acquisition programs

  • Experience with Navy funding processes including OPN-8 funding and Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM)processes

  • Experience with Navy supply chain and provisioning process

  • Experiencedeveloping logistics deliverables such as Interim Supply Support Plans (ISSPs)and sustainment documentation

  • Experience with Navy Maintenance or Maintenance Planning efforts

  • Experiencecoordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, acquisition, logistics, and fleetstakeholders

  • Knowledge ofDepartment of Defense acquisition lifecycle processes, including DoD 5000 series, and sustainment planning

  • Possession of strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
