Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like quantum sensing and unmanned systems.\nWhat You’ll Work On:\nDevelop and maintain system-level requirements for RF collection systems, geolocation systems, digital radio frequency memory, and special communications systems, ensuring traceability from mission concept of operations through subsystem specifications.\nConduct trade studies and analyses to evaluate design alternatives, performance margins, and technical feasibility.\nPerform advanced RF design modeling using electromagnetic (EM)and RF simulation tools to optimize performance, signal integrity, and link budgets.\nLead concept development, system architecture, and detailed design of integrated RF systems, connecting custom hardware modules with software-defined radio (SDR)and digital signal processing (DSP)layers.\nDrive the integration, testing, and debugging of RF systems across various hardware, firmware, and operating systems.\nAuthor a test plan, and lead system validation and verification of the system requirements.\nServe as the primary technical interface for multidisciplinary teams and government clients, providing strategic mentorship to junior engineers.\nSupport risk identification, mitigation planning, and technical performance measurement (TPM)tracking throughout the program lifecycle.\nJoin us. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
