This position is located in Washington, DC.\nWhat You’ll Work On:\nLead and progressively drive RMF and Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes for multiple systems across their entire lifecycle.\nManage cybersecurity assessments, Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities, and the practical implementation of security policies.\nOversee and enforce compliance with CNSSI-1253, NIST 800-37, and NIST 800-53 standards.\nValidate security control implementations, perform system verification and testing, and generate technical remediation strategies.\nAssess ACAS scans, STIGs, and security controls to identify vulnerabilities and engineer mitigations.\nTranslate complex technical risks into clear cybersecurity status reports for stakeholders and Authorizing Officials (AOs).\nJoin us. The world can’t wait.\nYou Have:\n3+ years of experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A)\nExperience executing manual and automated A&A processes, including developing localized workflows and manual artifact generation when automated tools are unavailable\nExperience independently developing cybersecurity RMF body of evidence (BOE) documentation such as System Security Plans (SSP) and RMF Control Family Plans\nKnowledge of developing, managing, and submitting RMF ATO packages within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)\nTS/SCI clearance\nHS diploma or GED\nNice If You Have:\nExperience formally serving as an ISSO, ISSM, or ISSE\nExperience with USCG RMF processes and specific overlays\nExperience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), and Host Based Security System (HBSS)\nExperience managing the Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM) matrix\nKnowledge of evaluating system compliance against the Risk Management Framework (RMF) using DoD cybersecurity policies and industry best practices\nClearance:\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.\nCompensation\nAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
