Software DevOps Engineer

As a Software Factory DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll pipeline our software development from requirements to testing in production. You’ll incorporate automation and cloud resources to minimize repetitive tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best-innovate. You’ll work together with fellow professionals to implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
• 3+ years of experience with Python development
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying applications using Docker
• Experience with platforms, application level, pipeline build and development, and automation to support build and testing
• Experience working with application development teams across the software development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Proxmox or kvm hypervisors
• Experience developing enterprise solutions involving Kubernetes
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo
• Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
• Experience creating and improving continuous deployment tools
• Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
• Knowledge of Linux Shell Script

Clearance:
