You’ll take ownership of test setup and execution - from hypothesis creation and segmentation through to configuration, analysis and reporting.\nYou’ll support the Group’s analytics capability by maintaining tagging, data tracking and dashboards, ensuring teams have access to accurate, self-service insights. Your analysis will uncover opportunities to enhance customer journeys, influence digital roadmaps and guide decision-making across the business.\nBeyond experimentation, you’ll help manage testing platforms, ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards, and contribute to website uplift projects, content updates and BAU tasks. You bring hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate tests across websites or apps, and you’re confident designing experiments, interpreting results and turning insights into meaningful improvements. You are proficient in Abode Analytics and Adobe Launch\nYou have a solid grasp of statistical methods and experiment design, and you’re comfortable navigating digital product concepts, UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping. Your technical toolkit includes familiarity with A/B testing platforms, web analytics tools and content management systems, and you’re quick to learn new technologies when needed.\nData is central to how you work. You know how to translate complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making and support business outcomes. You communicate insights with clarity, adapting your message for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nCollaboration comes naturally to you.
