BOQ

BOQ, Bank of Queensland, is an Australian bank offering personal and business banking, including home loans.

About the Role

Looking for a role where you can combine technical accounting expertise with meaningful impact?

As a Securitisation Accountant at BOQ Group, you'll play a key role in supporting one of the Bank's critical funding programs, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity and performance of our securitisation portfolio. Working within the Treasury Accounting team, you'll be responsible for month-end accounting, trust and warehouse reporting, reconciliations, financial disclosures and maintaining a strong control environment.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and ongoing transformation initiatives, whilst partnering with stakeholders across Finance and Treasury to drive better outcomes.

About You

You're a CA or CPA qualified accountant (or equivalent) with a strong grounding in financial accounting, controls and reporting. You may already have experience in securitisation or treasury accounting, or you're looking to build your expertise in this specialist area. Either way, you're naturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

You build strong relationships, communicate confidently with stakeholders and are always looking for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.
