Our inspection-proven, bi-coastal U.S. manufacturing platform and integrated development center provide the infrastructure, regulatory discipline, and operational precision required for sustained global market supply.\nWork Location:This position will be primarily based at our warehouse facility in Frederick, MD. \nJob Summary:\nThe manager, Portfolio & Capacity Planning is responsible for leading integrated planning across the CDMO portfolio, aligning client demand, manufacturing capacity, resource availability, project timelines, and revenue objectives.\nThis role serves as the central planning function for the site, translating forecasts, commitments, and portfolio priorities into executable operating plans while partnering closely with Commercial, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, MSAT, Quality, and Finance.\nEssential Functions:\nReasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nDevelop and maintain the site’s integrated manufacturing plan across client programs and products.\nFacilitate trade-off discussions when competing priorities impact manufacturing schedules.\nLead the monthly S&OP process and planning governance.\nConsolidate forecasts, operational plans, risks, assumptions, and recommendations for leadership review.\nPartner with Commercial and Program Management teams to develop client demand forecasts.\nTranslate contract commitments, project timelines, and pipeline opportunities into executable site demand plans.\nDevelop and maintain capacity models for manufacturing operations, quality control, quality assurance, MSAT, warehouse, and supporting functions.\nCollaborate with functional leaders to determine resource requirements and hiring plans.\nDevelop revenue forecasts based on manufacturing schedules, contractual commitments, and project milestones.\nPartner with Finance and Commercial teams to align operational and financial forecasts.\nDevelop capacity, revenue, and portfolio planning models.\nProvide leadership with actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions.\nServe as the primary planning interface between Commercial, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Site Leadership.\nFacilitate alignment across departments to ensure a unified operating plan.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the nature of work performed by those in this job and are not an exhaustive list of all duties.
