The selected candidate will work with the corporate operations group and support Williams Lake branch team members. Customer service, both internal and external, is emphasized here, as it is a key role for Borealis across our corporate and branch offices.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nProvide operations and administrative support to the field team and local branch office (Dispatch, Safety, Compliance, ERP support, Projects)\nFacilitate client requests and customer management within our ERP software. \nAssist in HSE functions, including meetings, site visits/audits, and critical task observations.\nMaintain safety, inspections, maintenance and compliance records.\nMaintain accurate, organized physical and electronic records.\nEnsure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.\nFacilitate communication within the organization and with external partners.\nManage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.\nAssist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\nManage bulk and service scheduling with an eye on efficiency and customer service (Dispatch).\nAssist in scheduling of inbound supply & logistics\nOn-call coverage required\nOther duties as required\nQualifications\nWorking knowledge of the propane industry and/or previous dispatch experience preferred\nSafety, compliance and logistics experience\nAbility to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and changing conditions\nCommunication and coordination skills required\nAdministration experience \nAttention to detail and organizational skills are required\nFriendly and outgoing\nEducation/Experience Requirements\nHigh school Degree\nUniversity or college degree in business administration preferred\nJob Type\nFull-time work from our branch location in Williams Lake, BC.
