transformation by enabling AI supported workflows, automation pipelines, and AI agents that support day to day business operations.\nAdditional responsibilities in this role are providing technical guidance and ensuring the stability and integrity of existing AI and automation solutions.\nA broad and comprehensive knowledge of business processes will be beneficial.\nPOSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDesign, build, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, and Copilot or Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Document Intelligence, etc.).\nDevelop and operationalize AI agents, task automation, and workflow orchestration across departments.\nCreate end-to-end process automation pipelines, integrating data, APIs, RPA, AI models, and user interfaces.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions.\nEvaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement.\nEnsure reliability, resilience, and monitoring of automation solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and best practices to business stakeholders and citizen developers.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams like IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to understand business needs.\nSupport adoption of AI & Automation solutions by providing training, documentation, and user guidance.\nContribute to the organization's automation strategy, architecture, and governance framework.\nDefining Data integration and data storage strategies\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation (project charters and effective project plans), including report outs to management on project status\nIdentify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality\nUse data to discover tasks that can be automated and research new uses for existing data\nCommunicate AI and Automation trends to others in the organization and to help the business to identify use cases\nCollaborate with members of global IT team (e.g. data architects, data scientists and the infrastructure team) on the project's goals\nCollaborate closely with management experience, with a focus on AI and Automation projects, preferred\nSkills and Abilities\nDeep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot).\nKnowledge of Azure services (Azure AI, Azure Data Factory; Azure Functions/Azure Foundry is a plus).\nExperience with UiPath or similar RPA tools.\nStrong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure,
