Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in global purchasing, sourcing, supply chain management, or program procurement cross regions, preferably in the automotive, battery, energy storage, or electronics industry.\nProven experience managing suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, including prototype/sample phase, launch activities, and mass production.\nStrong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier development, cost analysis, and BOM cost optimization.\nExperience supporting customer RFQs, commercial negotiations, and new business acquisition activities.\nSolid understanding of supply chain risk management, capacity planning and logistics.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance.\nExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nProficient in SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.\nFluent in English.\nSelf-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced international environment.\n-Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement\nCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
