completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.\nInglês avançado\nSólida vivência em gerenciamento de projetos, preferencialmente no segmento automotivo.\nConhecimento em ourPiracicaba team, leading product application and development projects for automotive customers.\nIn this role, you will manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through product launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead product development and launch projects.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure project schedules, budgets, and performance targets are achieved.\nConduct regular project reviews with customers and global teams, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with APQP, DV-PVP&R, PPAP, PDLP/Quality Gates, and Risk Assessment requirements.\nDevelop, maintain, and manage project documentation and reporting.\nEvaluate engineering change requests by assessing technical, financial, quality, and timing impacts.\nDevelop contingency plans and lead problem-solving activities to mitigate project risks.\nSupport new business opportunities and quotation activities when required.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related engineering fields.\nAdvanced in English required\nExperience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry.\nKnowledge of APQP and automotive product development processes.\nExperience in Program Management.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with Agile project management tools and practices.\nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMI-PMP Certification.\nPostgraduate degree in Project
