Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nStandard Duties:\nObserves products in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble/abnormalities.\n\nDismantles products to identify and remove any defective parts.\n\nProcess defective part through nonconforming material procedure\n\nInspect good components to verify they are conforming and able to be returned to the assembly line.\n\nRepairs or replaces any defective parts.\n\nLubricates and cleans parts.\n\nEvaluate rejects and determine root cause.\n\nEnter evaluation data into spreadsheet to create a report including FTQT Log and FPY spreadsheet.\n\nSafety, Health and Physical Requirements:\nStand for long periods of time including during operation of stand up lifts.\n\nLifting shoulder high up to 35 lbs repetitively.\n\nStepping up and down off lift; walking long distances over extended periods.\n\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment.\n\nWorking in a non-climate controlled environment.\n\nRepetitive motion activities including but not limited to box cutting, standing, lifting, loading/unloading carts.\n\nAll employees are responsible for knowing, understanding and complying with the safety policies and procedures.\n\nProblem Solving: Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Works well in group problem solving situations.\nQuality of Work: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
