Bonding Operators will be required to operate different machinery or equipment based upon departmentassignment.\nWorking from control plans, operator instructions, troubleshooting guides, Win SPC Quality Plan, logs, checklists, setup procedures, packing procedures, inspection procedures, and instructions:\nSetup equipment and perform setup validation checklist.\nCheck machine for proper settings (temperature, pressure, cycletime); adjust as necessary.\nOperate machines, load parts into machine, and check first run sample parts for defects.\nMonitor machine for proper operation and adjust as necessary to ensure part meets established quality standards.\nReact to alarms. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions as indicated on control panel, clear jams, reset misfeeds and clear faults to continue proper equipment operation.\nReplace defective or warn equipment components as required, such as polishing discs, solutions, filters, etc.\nPerform SPC processes as required.\nVisually inspect parts as specified and log data as required.\nChange over machine and make required machine adjustments to process different parts.\nPrepare production and scrap reports.\nPack parts as specified and place in box or tote; create and attach proper label or shipping paperwork.\nMove material to and from staging area or shipping dock.\nMaintain cleanliness of equipment and area by performing daily housekeeping tasks.\nNotify supervisor, engineering and/or maintenance department of unusual part or equipment problems.\nUse personal computer, test fixtures, fixed gauges, surface finish, calculator, thickness gauge, forklift truck, hand truck, data entry terminal (WINSPC), and hand tools.\nFollow safety rules and keep work area in clean and orderly condition.\nAct and perform duties in a manner that is conducive to a professional, productive and team-oriented environment.\nExposure to noise and fumes.
