Principal responsibilities will be to supervise and coordinate team activities including but not limited to delegating work assignments, inventory management, training new team members, filling in for absent team members, initiating corrective action and performing the verbal step of the corrective action procedure, policy adherence, safety and environmental compliance, quality compliance, records retainment, facilitating the e-cubed process, and conducting huddles.\nACCOUNTABILITIES\n1. Ensure team compliance to safety and environmental rules and regulations.\n2. Conduct team huddles to communicate safety talks and other pertinent information.\n3. Ensure team compliance with QS9000/TS16949 guidelines.\n4. Perform inventory management to assist with on-time delivery.\n5. Setup and operate equipment assigned to the team.\n6. Attend department meetings and plant-wide huddles.\n7. Provide on the job training to team members including safety and quality aspects.\n8. Manage, support, and maintain e-cubed process.\n9. Cover for absent team members.\n10. Meet performance stands and document shortfalls.\n11. Ensure necessary records are retained, such as scrap reporting, downtime tracking, SPC, and set-up sheets.\n12.
