This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, improving process reliability, and supporting operational performance across the site.\nThe Inventory Analyst supports inventory accuracy, control, and reporting by analyzing transactions, resolving discrepancies, supporting inventory counts, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve material flow and inventory performance. This position will evaluate inventory trends and transactional activity, identify root causes of discrepancies, and help drive corrective actions that improve inventory integrity and material visibility.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, collaborating across functions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze inventory transactions, adjustments, and trends to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement\n\nMonitor inventory accuracy through cycle count analysis, reconciliation activities, and root cause investigation\n\nSupport physical inventory planning, execution, validation, and follow-up resolution of count variances\n\nReview inventory movement to ensure system transactions accurately reflect physical material flow\n\nPartner with warehouse, shipping, receiving, planning, purchasing, and production teams to resolve inventory-related issues\n\nInvestigate negative inventory, location mismatches, overdue transactions, and material variances\n\nPrepare and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards related to inventory accuracy, aging, shortages, excess, and obsolete stock\n\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to strengthen inventory control and improve transactional discipline\n\nAssist in developing and maintaining standardized inventory procedures and work instructions\n\nSupport internal audits and provide inventory analysis to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders as needed\n\nLead Cycle Counters by issuing counts and helping to reconcile\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\nPreferred: Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in inventory control, materials, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain analysis Or a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in the same fields.
