# Labor Relations Coordinator

Location This position is primarily located in San Luis Potosi MX Job purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently seeking a Labor Coordinator to join our PowerDrive System business unit team. The Labor Coordinator will be responsible to ensure compliance with current labor laws, corporate policies, and internal procedures related to the organization’s labor relations. Provide advice and support to leaders and employees on labor, disciplinary, and union matters, promoting a positive work environment, regulatory compliance, and the mitigation of workplace risks. Manages processes related to disciplinary actions, terminations, conciliations, inspections by labor authorities, internal investigations, and the follow-up on individual and collective labor disputes. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, the Internal Labor Regulations, and other applicable regulations. Advise leaders and functional areas on the proper application of internal policies and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate and manage disciplinary action processes, including reprimands, suspensions, and terminations. Address employee complaints and concerns to minimize workplace risks. Ad
