Ensures an ongoing and smooth production operation with optimal use of resources. Conducts layered audits and ensures that operational processes such as PMs, lockout/tag out, PPE audits, etc. are being followed consistently. Consistently applies and executes policies and standards Evaluates staffing needs and assigns available resources where appropriate. Ensures all shift assigned equipment is routinely maintained.
