The Arden campus offers a multitude of career opportunities and is in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.\nThe Production Planning Co-Op will support day-to-day planning, scheduling, and supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to production planning processes, material flow, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. The co-op will work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to improve data accuracy, planning efficiency, and operational\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in production scheduling and planning activities (daily/weekly schedules)\n\nSupport material planning activities including demand vs. supply analysis\n\nHelp maintain and improve planning data accuracy (BOMs, routings, lead times)\n\nAnalyze inventory levels, shortages, and excess material\n\nSupport supplier performance tracking (on time delivery, lead times)\n\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings with production, purchasing, and logistics\n\nAssist with continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and supply chain\n\nDocument processes and create standard work where applicable\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWorking towards a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite\n\nMRP System experience preferred\n\nWhat we offer\nAll positions start at an above market pay rate for that position.
