Our strong operations and commercialization expertise result in high volume availability of competitive, efficient products that truly drive change.\nBorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as SAP Masterdata Analyst (M/F/D) at our production plant in Viana, Portugal.\nKey Accountabilities:\nMaintain up-to-date Logistics Master Data in the ERP system (SAP).\nDevelop queries within SAP to analyze data and identify anomalies or inconsistencies.\nAssist in the automation and distribution of departmental data query reports.\nEnsure effective communication with the Global SAP team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and share relevant updates with the Logistics team.\nIdentify potential improvement opportunities in SAP, ensuring team alignment and selecting the best approach for implementation.\nCoordinate the SAP API and ensure system operability to proactively prevent potential issues.\nProvide daily support to the API team, ensuring required transactions are completed and operational guidance is offered.\nEvaluate and test SAP solutions in preparation for GO-LIVE phases.\nImplement SAP solutions and deliver relevant training to colleagues.\nPrepare and analyze monthly reports supporting the Logistics department KPIs.\nAnalyze SAP data on finished goods shipments and share with the Safety team to assess Sustainability KPIs.\nCollaborate with Vendor Planners to ensure SAP data reliability (analysis and adjustments), update the SPS platform, and ensure accurate Vendor Score Card results.\nAnalyze Direct Material Transport Deliveries to calculate the monthly percentage of premium shipments.\nReview inventory adjustments (stock injection or removal) and compare with consumption levels to determine monthly stock accuracy.\nDevelop a culture characterized by good professional ethics and involvement in the process among employees in all áreas;\nComply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards;\nComply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practice and working period;\nRespect workplace safety and cleanliness rules;\nPerform other tasks not included in the activity for which they were hired, when the needs or convenience of service so warrant, for the period necessary for the aforementioned needs or convenience of service.\nEducation & Experience\nDegree in Management, Information Systems, or a related field.\nSolid knowledge and proven experience working with ERP software, particularly SAP.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nFamiliarity with inventory management and logistics processes.\nAvailability and willingness to undertake mandatory training and continuously develop professional skills.\nStrong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.\nCapable of making quality decisions under pressure.\nResults-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAvailability to travel as required.\nFluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).\n-Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement\nCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
