Automotive inverter/ power electronics EMC experience is preferred.\nExcellent knowledge and skills in the following areas:Familiar with automotive EMC standards (e.g., CISPR 25, ISO 11452 series) and testing procedures for inverters.\nProficient in EMC simulation tools (CST, Ansys, etc.) and circuit simulation software.\nSolid knowledge of high-voltage/large-current electrical system design, PCB EMC layout and low-emission design techniques.\nAbility to conduct EMC test, data analysis and issue debug for automotive inverters.\nFamiliar with WCCA, DFMEA analysis and EMC-related component selection.\nUnderstanding of magnetic component design/simulation is a plus.\n\nAbility to work independently, strong problem-solving skills and good coordination with other functional departments.\nComprehensive reading/writing and verbal communication skills for English, capable of handling technical documents and communication.\nSafety\nThis position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires.
