The position requires test activities management experience, as well as projects / customer contacts and continuous improvement of EMC validation test methods, while collaborating across teams and supporting global operations.Your responsibilities\nManage the EMC Validation test activities during the product design cycle from product concept to production launch by leading EMC test group.\nManage critical path timing issues to ensure on time test completion.\nResponsible for requirements analysis and test plan generation. \nDevelop EMC validation test procedures using normative and customer test methods.\nAnalysis of test data and comparison to requirements.\nAnalyze data. Create test summaries and reports.\nLead technical and process management of our ISO 17025 accreditation in the EMC test domains.\nParticipate in product development team activities as EMC test representative and support EMC product engineer as customer interface.\nEMC test expert representative in Project and Customer meetings.\nWhat we’re looking for\nMaster’s degree in Electrical/Electronic.\nAt least 8-10 years of experience in EMC testing, preferably in validation within the automotive or related industry. \nFamiliarity with test equipment: oscilloscopes, generators, power analyzer etc.\nProven ability to identify and solve complex test engineering problems.\nProject management (test equipment’s / facilities) skills / experience will be considered as an advantage.\nExperienced in Matlab and Vector tools ( Canoe , Canape, Canalyzer ) to develop test script.\nExperienced in ISO17025 standard and EC marking homologation process will be an advantage.\nA strong working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications is required.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across functions.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.\nFluency in English is required.
