You will develop and execute the production plan, determining priorities and implementing strategies to optimize inventory and support plant operations. You will also collaborate closely with the supply chain function, taking into consideration forecasted demand for finished goods and requirements for semi-finished materials to ensure continuity of production and supply.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and execute production schedules aligned with customer demand, capacity, and material availability\n\nManage and adjust production plans based on demand changes, material constraints, and operational priorities to ensure on-time production and delivery\n\nMonitor production performance, open orders, and backlog, ensuring adherence to the production schedule and customer service targets\n\nIdentify and resolve production issues such as material shortages, capacity constraints, and scheduling conflicts, applying root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions\n\nAnalyze capacity utilization and collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance workload and optimize production flow\n\nEnsure timely release and execution of production orders in SAP, maintaining alignment with the production plan\n\nMaintain accuracy of planning data within ERP/MRP systems, resolving exceptions and improving data integrity\n\nManage material requirements through production planning to support optimal inventory levels and minimize excess and obsolete stock\n\nDevelop and analyze reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and planning accuracy, driving continuous improvement of operational KPIs\n\nCommunicate effectively with supply chain, production, quality, and customer service to ensure alignment and issue resolution\n\nUnderstand and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies\n\nCommunicate and enforce safe work procedures\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThis position requires an Associate's degree.
