We believe the health and safety of our employees are a top priority.\nKey Accountabilities:\nAs a Software Integration Intern, you will join our Technical Engineering Department and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to support software integration activities in a dynamic automotive environment. \n\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting the implementation, configuration and validation of product programming and flashing processes;\nAssisting in the setup and maintenance of programming stations, software versions and communication interfaces;\nSupporting troubleshooting activities related to product software and programming processes;\nCollecting and analysing production logs to investigate software-related issues;\nContributing to root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions;\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on programming efficiency, process stability and standardisation;\nAssisting in the analysis of recurring failures, cycle times and automation opportunities;\nCreating and updating technical documentation, work instructions and validation records;\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable technical solutions;\nPresenting project results, conclusions and recommendations at the end of the internship.\nWe are looking for someone who is:\nPursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering or a related field;\nComfortable working with programming languages such as Python and/or C#;\nInterested in industrial software applications, manufacturing technologies and process improvement;\nFamiliar with communication protocols such as CAN and FlexRay;\nAnalytical, detail-oriented and passionate about problem-solving;\nAble to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with different stakeholders;\nOrganised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of LabVIEW, TestStand or Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe);\nFamiliarity with structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA or 8D.\n-Internal Use Only: Indirect HourlyGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement\nCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
