Success in this role requires strong capability in part traceability, revision control, and material flow within an engineered product environment, along with the ability to lead, develop, and hold a team accountable to performance standards.This position will oversee cycle count programs, lead discrepancy investigations, and drive root cause and corrective actions to resolution.\nKey Responsibilities - Inventory Control & Accuracy\nLead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods\nDevelop, enhance, and standardize inventory control processes to improve accuracy, and compliance across manufacturing operations.\nEnsure accuracy of all SAP inventory transactions (goods movements, adjustments, transfers etc).\nMonitor and analyze SAP inventory variances; drive root cause and corrective actions with cross functional team.\nTrain, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.\nPrepare and distribute monthly inventory reconciliation letters to customers and suppliers to confirm on-hand balances.\nLead regular reviews with customers to validate inventory positions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.\nMaintain documentation and audit trail of all customer inventory confirmations and discrepancy resolutions.\nLead annual physical inventory and system reconciliation\nPartnering with Production, Planning and Logistics team to Drive accountability for accurate and timely SAP entries,\nDrive process standardization and best practices in SAP usage.\nLeverage SAP reports to identify trends and improve inventory performance.\n-Salary Range:\n$80,800 - $111,100Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement\nCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
