Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality standards and support smooth product launches.\nYour Responsibilities\nManage supplier quality (Supplier Quality Assurance - SQA) in automotive projects\nAnalyze and solve quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa methodologies\nCoordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) at suppliers\nConduct supplier audits\nEvaluate and develop suppliers (Supplier Development)\nCollaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and global suppliers\nSupport new product launches (APQP, PPAP, component implementation)\nManage supplier changes (Supplier Change Management)\nMonitor quality KPIs (PPM, complaints, KPIs)\nOur Requirements\nMust-have:\nTechnical degree (preferred: electronics, mechanics, mechatronics)\nMinimum 2 years of experience as:Supplier Quality Engineer / SQE / SQA, or\nin supplier or production quality within automotive\n\nKnowledge of quality tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa\nFamiliarity with standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001\nExperience working with suppliers and solving quality issues\nKnowledge of APQP, PPAP processes\nEnglish at a communicative level (min.
