The Supplier Risk Program Manager serves as the central point of coordination between suppliers, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, legal, and executive leadership teams.\nThe successful candidate will drive enterprise-wide risk mitigation strategies, support supplier continuity programs, lead crisis response activities, and continuously improve risk management processes, tools, and governance models.\n#LI-Hybrid \nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Risk Management\nDevelop and implement global supplier risk management strategies. \nEstablish and maintain supplier risk assessment frameworks covering operational, financial, capacity, geopolitical, environmental, and sustainability risks. \nSupport sourcing decisions through comprehensive supplier risk evaluations. \nCreate risk visibility and reporting systems for executive leadership. \nIntegrate lessons learned from supplier crises into sourcing and commodity strategies. \nParticipate in strategic supplier portfolio reviews and risk councils. \nFinancial Risk Management Background\nUnderstand supplier financial performance, liquidity, profitability, cash flow, and business outlook. \nMonitor supplier financial ratings and external risk indicators. \nConduct financial stress tests and scenario analyses. \nSupport insolvency prevention and restructuring initiatives. \nCapacity and Operational Risk Management\nEvaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities, capacity utilization, and expansion plans. \nConduct supplier operational assessments and gap analyses. \nIdentify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies impacting supply continuity. \nSupport supplier productivity improvement initiatives. \nAssess manufacturing resilience and long-term sustainability. \nDevelop mitigation plans for capacity shortages and supply disruptions. \nCrisis and Reactive Risk Management\nLead crisis management activities related to: Supplier insolvencies \n\nForce majeure events \n\nCapacity shortages \n\nQuality escapes \n\nNatural disasters \n\nGeopolitical disruptions \n\nPlant shutdowns and wind-downs \n\nAct as primary point of contact during supplier crises. \nCoordinate cross-functional recovery teams. \nDevelop and implement business continuity plans. \nSupport supplier recovery, turnaround, and restructuring efforts. \nEnsure continuity of supply during critical disruptions. \nSupplier Relationship Management\nAct as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for high-risk suppliers. \nFacilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders. \nLead supplier reviews and executive escalation meetings. \nSupport supplier audits and risk assessments globally. \nCoordinate corrective action plans and monitor execution. \nGovernance, Reporting and Compliance\nPrepare risk reports and executive summaries for leadership teams. \nMaintain risk dashboards, KPIs, and early warning systems. \nDevelop and manage supplier risk management processes and standards. \nSupport internal and external audits. \nEnsure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. \nContribute to digitalization and automation initiatives within Risk Management. \nPosition
