Job purpose Join our Electrification Engineering team in Kraków and help shape the next generation of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems. As a Systems DevelopmentEngineer, you will own key traction inverter functionsthroughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through implementation, validation, and production release. You will work closely with global customers, software, hardware, and test teams to deliver advanced power electronics solutions used in modern electricand hybridvehicles. Key responsibilties Own system functionsforautomotive power electronics and inverter products Define, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with software, hardware, controls, and test engineers to deliver robust system solutions Drive technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Support system architecture activities and functiondevelopment. Lead technical risk assessments, trade-off analyses, and engineering reviews.
