This role sits at the intersection of graphic design, creative ideation, and art direction, contributing to the visual identity and expression of brands across multiple formats.\nYou will work closely with the Design Director to translate concepts into polished visual outputs, bringing clarity, coherence, and elevated aesthetics to every asset.\nThe focus is on brand-led design, digital content, campaigns, and visual direction.\nResponsibilities\n•Develop visual concepts and graphic design assets for digital campaigns, brand systems, and content experiences.• Deliver strong layout composition, typography, and visual storytelling across multiple formats.\n• Support the evolution of brand identities through consistent, high-quality design executions.\n• Create campaign visuals, static and animated content, moodboards, and art direction references.\n• Produce clear, polished design mockups and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (for layout and presentation only).\n• Maintain visual consistency across touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.\n• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual outputs with a strong sense of craft and attention to detail.\n• Collaborate with strategy, content, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.\n• Provide design support or guidance to junior designers or freelancers when needed.\n• Stay up to date with design trends, visual culture, and emerging creative techniques.\nRequirements\n• 2 to 3 years of experience in a creative, design, or communication agency.• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.\n• A strong portfolio showcasing visual identity work, campaign design, digital content, and creative direction.\n• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma for layout and presentations.\n• Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.\n• Experience developing visual identities and executing brand systems.\n• Familiarity with content formats across social, digital, and paid media.\n• Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.\n• Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly.\n• Curiosity and awareness about what’s evolving in the digital and creative landscape.\nBenefits\nPackageis paid in fresh funds\n\nFullsalary depends on competencies and qualifications\n\nAftera 3-month probation period, private medical insurance coverage,\nfull-fresh, within the company’s group insurance plan\n\nLocation\nPositionbased in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel\n\nCandidates should be able to show outstanding\norganizational skills and keen attention to detail.
