The role combines business consulting, cloud technology, AI/GenAI, integration, and solution architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and business-value-driven solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstand business challenges and translate them into cloud, AI, and digital solution opportunities.\n\nDesign and implement scalable solutions using cloud platforms, AI/GenAI, APIs, integration, and modern application technologies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to apply Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent applications to improve business processes and user experience.\n\nWork with Cloud ecosystem technologies to extend and integrate enterprise applications where applicable.\n\nDefine solution architecture, technology choices, integration patterns, and implementation approaches aligned with enterprise standards.\n\nDevelop PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs to validate innovative cloud and AI use cases and accelerate adoption.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, developers, and external technology partners.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability, maturity, risks, and business value.\n\nEnsure solutions address key aspects such as security, scalability, data privacy, performance, maintainability, and cost optimization.\n\nCreate reusable accelerators, frameworks, patterns, and knowledge assets to enable adoption across projects and teams.\n\nContribute to technology communities, competency development, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\nSupport customers and internal stakeholders in defining cloud and AI roadmaps and transformation strategies.\n\nCore Technical Skills\nCloud\nStrong understanding of cloud concepts, cloud-native architecture, and services.\n\nExperience with one or more major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\n\nUnderstanding of containers, APIs, microservices, serverless technologies, and cloud security.\n\nAI / GenAI\nUnderstanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases.\n\nExperience developing or integrating AI-powered applications and services.\n\nUnderstanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and AI governance.\n\nEngineering\nProgramming experience in technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or ABAP.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.\n\nUnderstanding of databases, data platforms, and data integration.\n\nConsulting & Leadership Competencies\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking with the ability to move from problem identification to solution shaping.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nAbility to translate complex technology concepts into business outcomes and value propositions.\n\nCustomer-centric mindset with strong consulting and influencing skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.\n\nCuriosity and continuous learning mindset toward emerging cloud and AI technologies.\n\nAbility to take end-to-end ownership and drive solutions from ideation ?
