Accounts Receivable Monitoring\nReview aging reports daily/weekly to identify overdue invoices.\nTrack high-volume tier customer accounts closely\nMonitor unapplied cash, short-pays, and deductions common in automotive billing.\n2. Customer Communication & Follow-Up\nMake outbound collection calls/emails to Tier customers for upcoming or past due invoices.\nDocument all communication in appropriate tracking tool\nEscalate internally when customers delay payments due to quality, delivery, or pricing disputes.\n3. Claims, Deductions & Dispute Handling\nRequest debit memos, chargebacks, and short-pays related to:Warranty returns\nLogistics claims\nPricing discrepancies\nASN or EDI issues\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve disputes.\nRequest Proof of Delivery from Plants\n Minimum Qualifications:\nMust be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance or marketing with at least one class completed\nMust be a minimum of 18 years of age\nMust have a minimum 3.0 GPA\nAbility to organize large volumes of data into concise, accurate summaries \nMust be proficient in excel. \nMust have the ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
