- รับผิดชอบการขายเครื่องมือช่าง (Power Tools)ในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยพัฒนายอดขายของตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่มีอยู่ รวมถึง เปิดบัญชีลุกค้าใหม่ (พื้นที่ภาคเหนือ หรือภาคใต้)
- รับผิดชอบ และ ติดตามการชำระหนี้ของตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแล ราคาขายให้เหมาะสม รวมถึงบริหาร ผลประโยชน์และกำไรของตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแลเรื่องงบประมาณสินค้าเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการซื้อของลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนตัวแทนจำหน่ายในกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น การตลาด, กิจกรรมหน้าร้าน, กิจกรรมออนไลน์ และ อื่นๆ
- ประยุกต์วิธีการและกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้ใช้และผู้ค้าปลีก
- จัดการวางแผนและติดตามบริการหลังการขายอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับตัวแทนจำหน่ายและผู้ใช้โดยตรง
- แนะนำและอธิบายข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ตัวแทนจำหน่ายและผู้ใช้
- ดูแลระบบ Dealer Management System
- รวบรวมข้อมูลของคู่ค้าและความนิยมของตลาด
- จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปวส. ขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านการขาย
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ รวมถึงทักษะในการต่อรอง
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในเชิงผู้ประกอบการ
- มีทักษะการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง
- มีความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- ความเชี่ยวชาญ ด้านการตลาด ในกลุ่มธุรกิจที่รับผิดชอบ ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในการขายเครื่องมือช่าง (Power Tools) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการขายช่องทาง E-commerce หรือการขายช่องทางออนไลน์อื่น ๆ รวมทั้ง 3P, Facebook, Line จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
