  • Sie akquirieren aktiv neue Kundschaft und bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu Großhändlern, Installateurinnen bzw. Installateuren und Heizungsbauerinnen bzw. -bauern in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet Chemnitz, Erzgebirge, Freiberg, Altenburg und Glauchau auf.
  • Zudem beraten Sie unsere Kundschaft umfassend in kaufmännischen sowie technischen Fragen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu finden und deren Bedürfnisse optimal zu erfüllen.
  • Ebenso übernehmen Sie die volle Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Absatz- und Umsatzziele, indem Sie strategisch planen und Ihre Vertriebsaktivitäten konsequent umsetzen.
  • Ausbildung: technische Ausbildung, möglichst Meister:in, Techniker:in im Heizungsbau oder im Elektrohandwerk mit kaufmännischem Verständnis
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Aufgabenstellung im Vertrieb unserer Branche; gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Sie verstehen es, mit Ihrem sicheren Auftreten die Kundschaft zu überzeugen; Sie agieren flexibel, behalten dennoch die Ziele im Blick; auch in Hochlaufphasen behalten Sie eine kühlen Kopf, arbeiten stets selbstständig und handeln eigenverantwortlich
  • Arbeitsalltag: wohnhaft im Verkaufsgebiet
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch
