This is a great opportunity for early-career talent who enjoys building, experimenting, and teaching others how to work more efficiently using modern digital tools.\nJob Description:\nAnalyze & Improve Workflows\nMap current processes and identify opportunities where automation or AI can add value.\nEvaluate when to use automation vs. when a human-centered approach is more appropriate.\nBuild & Apply Automation Solutions\nDesign and develop solutions using RPA and AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, generative AI tools).\nSelect the right tools for the problem and apply them effectively to streamline work.\nDesign for the User Experience\nEnsure automation solutions are intuitive, usable, and aligned with how people actually work.\nApply human-centered design principles when creating and refining solutions.\nEnable & Train Others\nDemonstrate how to use automation and AI tools in practical, business-relevant ways.\nLead training sessions (virtual and in-person) and create clear, simple learning materials.\nSupport teams in adopting new tools and building their own automation capabilities.\nSupport Project Delivery\nContribute to project planning, timelines, and coordination.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale solutions.\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.\n1+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, business analysis, or applying AI and automation tools in a professional, internship, or co-op environment.\nHands-on experience using automation and/or AI tools.\nAbility to apply AI tools to solve real problems, not just experiment with them.\nConfidence in explaining and demonstrating tools to others in a clear, engaging way.\nUnderstanding of process mapping and workflow improvement.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nA user-first mindset and a natural curiosity for improving how work gets done.\nNice to Have\nExperience with tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or similar RPA platforms.\nFamiliarity with prompt design or using generative AI effectively in workflows.\nExposure to project management concepts or tools.\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.\nAdditional Information\nThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between the range of $88,000 - $95,000, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
