The role involves leading design discussions, managing complex Azure environments, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring successful delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant Azure platforms.\nThis is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong expertise in Azure Infrastructure, Azure Migrate, Terraform, Azure DevOps, AKS, networking, and cloud governance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, VMs, VMSS, Load Balancers, NSGs, Firewalls, Route Tables, Private DNS.\n\nExpertise in Azure Landing Zone build-out, configuration, and validation.\n\nHands-on experience deploying and integrating applications with Azure SDK services such as Key Vault, Storage, and Service Bus.\n\nProven experience migrating workloads from on-premises or AWS to Azure.\n\nPractical experience with Azure Migrate, including discovery, dependency assessment, replication, and cutover activities.\n\nExperience onboarding, configuring, and utilizing cloud migration tools, frameworks, and migration playbooks.\n\nAbility to lead end-to-end migration phases independently.\n\nProficiency in containerization using Docker, including image creation, optimization, and registry management.\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications.\n\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes core concepts such as pods, deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, and autoscaling.\n\nSkilled in writing and maintaining Kubernetes YAML manifests, Helm charts, and CI/CD deployment pipelines for AKS.\n\nProficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, repository governance, and end-to-end pipeline implementation.\n\nHands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (preferred), GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.\n\nStrong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates, including reusable module development and environment standardization.\n\nAutomation using PowerShell, Shell/Bash, Azure Policy.\n\nKnowledge of secure pipelines, secrets management, compliance\n\nExperience with Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Managed Instance.\n\nExperience integrating AKS with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Key Vault, ACR, and other Azure services.\n\nUnderstanding of AI Agent lifecycle management.\n\nAI Gateway Integration for multi-agent access & routing.\n\nDesigning effective human-AI interaction workflows.\n\nAutomation using Agentic-AI frameworks (preferred).\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5-7 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure modernization, or cloud migration projects across enterprise environments.\n\nStrong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity (Entra ID), Monitoring, and Security.\n\nProven experience in leading and executing end-to-end cloud migration activities, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration validation.\n\nStrong expertise in building and validating Azure Landing Zones aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, and security frameworks.\n\nPractical experience with migration methodologies such as re-host, re-platform, and re-architect using Azure Migrate, ASR, Database Migration Service, etc.\n\nHands-on experience in managing migration playbooks and pipelines in Azure DevOps, including lifecycle updates, automation, and CI/CD practices.\n\nHands-on experience designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments, including YAML pipelines and gated validations.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex build, release, and pipeline issues, including agent configuration, environment variables, and integration failures.\n\nStrong skills in Terraform, including writing reusable modules, managing state, versioning, lifecycle upgrades, and implementing infrastructure patterns.\n\nExperience managing Git repositories, branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based), pull requests, and repository metadata.\n\nProficiency in PowerShell and/or Shell scripting to automate operational tasks, create tooling, and support CI/CD workflows.\n\nStrong understanding of compliance, security, and governance frameworks for cloud workloads-policies, RBAC, tagging standards, cost management, and Azure Security Center.\n\nCertifications:\nMicrosoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)\n\nHashiCorp Terraform Associate\n\nKubernetes certifications (nice to have)\n\n Educational qualification:\nBE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)\n\nExperience
