We are seeking a Workflow Developer with strong JavaScript expertise and experience in business workflow development to join our team. The primary responsibility will be migrating existing workflows from the legacy system to the new platform while ensuring seamless functionality. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to upskill in OutSystems for future application development.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify the pros and cons of the current workflow to enhance it based on the new platform’s features and advantages.\nDevelop custom actions and logic in JavaScript for advanced features, logic, or validation needs.\nWork with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure workflows align with business requirements.\nDocument migration processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.\nLearn and use OutSystems to develop and improve applications as needed.\nTroubleshoot and fix issues related to workflow migration and functionality.\nEnsure compliance with Bosch’s security and architecture standards.\n Mandatory requirements:\nEducational background: Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or relevant majors.\n3+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+) for custom logic implementation.\nHands-on experience in business workflow development (e.g., BPMN, workflow automation).\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.\nKnowledge of SQL and database concepts.\nDesign thinking for logic, flow enhancement to deliver good UX instead of strictly follow original requirement.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.\nGood communication and fluent English skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nNice-to-Have:\nBasic understanding of low-code platforms (OutSystems, Power Apps, etc.) is a plus.\nPrior experience with OutSystems is a strong advantage.\nExposure to legacy system migration projects.\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum
