environments\nExperience working on enterprise workflow systems, migration projects, or internal IT solutions\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process analysis capability\nExperience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery\nGood understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems, and business process optimization\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills\nExperience working with multinational or global teams\nGood English communication skills\nNice-to-have\nExperience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms\nExposure to workflow automation or Low-Code / No-Code platforms\nExperience supporting change management or digital transformation initiatives\nAgile, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or
